A month without groceries:
Week 3
There are 10 days left to this challenge, and I have to admit, I'm cutting it pretty short on supplies. I have enough to do dinners, but it's looking slim on lunches and breakfasts. I had made and frozen a bunch of cinnamon rolls and 2 loaves banana bread for breakfasts in the beginning of the month. We're down to a couple of cinnamon rolls and we started eating that last loaf of banana bread today. We'll see how it goes.
Anyway, I made up an inventory list of the main ingredients left for meals this month. I still have:

We ate out 3 times this week, leaving us with 2 dinners left to eat out (or, maybe some doughnuts to cover the possible lack of breakfast foods). We ended up unintentionally skipping/missing lunch a couple of days (it was a busy week...I'm not proud). For breakfasts, we ate waffles 3 times, and cinnamon rolls were had in the beginning and end of the week. I also made enough Spaghetti this week to serve us though 3 meals. Oh! I was also excited because the night I made stuffed peppers, I only used 1/2 pound of ground beef, and I still have enough of the filling to make us another dinner's worth of stuffed peppers ( I just have to buy more bell peppers next week)!
Here's what we ate this week (click on the picture for the recipe):
